How long does a typical project take?
A focused marketing site usually takes 2 weeks. A full site with e-commerce or a CMS runs 4–6 weeks depending on scope. You'll get a fixed timeline in writing before any work starts.
Do you only build on a particular platform?
No. We choose the right tool for the project — that might be a custom-coded build, a headless CMS, WordPress, or Shopify depending on your goals and budget.
What happens after launch?
Every plan includes a 30-day window to fix anything that comes up post-launch. After that, if you're on the Upfront plan without maintenance, the site is fully handed over to you — no further obligation either way.
How many projects do you take on at once?
Deliberately few. We'd rather turn down work than spread a project thin — if we're at capacity, we'll tell you upfront and give you a realistic start date.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. Most communication happens async with scheduled calls layered in, which works well across time zones.
